I design and improve operational systems – where people, processes, and technology collide. I’ve spent years close to production networks and OSS platforms, building automation workflows that hold up under real constraints.

At Vocus, I lead Automation & AI initiatives across Network & Operations – exploring and scaling practical uses of AI for assurance and operational execution. I’m equally passionate about making AI learning and adoption accessible and usable for everyone.

Beyond work, I create and publish experiments: learning projects, blogs, tools and prototypes.

I’m also involved with Cricket Australia’s Project Inspire, applying a systems lens to participation and equity in sport.
